This inaugural two-day event brought over 33,000 guests to Houston for a festival designed to celebrate and amplify Black chefs, mixologists, sommeliers, and performers. Built from the ground up in just eight months, the experience was flowing with food & music, dripping with culture – fusing cultural excellence with large-scale execution.
Programming unfolded across two main stages: one spotlighting headliners Miguel, Mary J. Blige and other live music performances, the other dedicated to culinary demos and tastings. A third stage offered exclusive content for VIP and Platinum guests.
The footprint featured a range of immersive experiences—from book signings and DJ sets to podcast recordings, meet & greets and three chef-curated seated dining experiences.
Guests engaged with standout brand activations including MINTopia by Tobe Nwigwe, The Grapevine wine tasting lounge, The Uncle Nearest Experience, Pepsi Park’s grown-up playground, and a vibrant marketplace of Black-owned small businesses. Sponsor integrations were woven throughout to feel as intentional as the programming itself.
