FOCUSGRP is a newly launched creative production agency, founded at the end of 2024, specializing in runway shows and live experiences. I was brought on in the early stages to support both agency & event operations — helping build foundational systems from the ground up, streamline logistics, and establish internal workflows that power large-scale productions.
I developed and implemented agency-wide standard operating procedures across finance, HR, and legal. And built FOCUSGRP’s cash flow tracking system from scratch, managed vendor payments & agency COIs, and oversaw purchase card management & expense approvals.
I also oversaw the Site Operations team, and managed the agency’s inventory including equipment pulls & delivery to event sites. I owned the agency’s master staffing schedule and freelance database, and led the recruitment, contracting, and onboarding process for key freelance roles — including backstage support, collections management, and production assistants.
