ABOUT
IMG contracted me to manage their Venue Production Assistant program for New York Fashion Week February 2020.
Having spearheaded the admin portion of this program when I was full-time at IMG, I was pumped to dive back in, and take on the full scope of the program.
ONBOARDING
I recruited, interviewed, onboarded and scheduled 120+ Venue Production Assistants to work on site at NYFW for rotating shifts throughout the week. I additionally wrote the employee handbook.
ON SITE
On site, I trained new hires, fielded staffing requests, monitored staff check-ins/outs and breaks, completed HR follow up as needed, and worked with a payroll provider to approve timesheets.
